Thank you for providing such a valuable service for women. Your staff has been extremely helpful in making sure I was comfortable with my exercise program. I have only been a member for 5 months and I am so happy with the outcome. I have been a member of other gyms before and I wish I would have come to Premiere Lady sooner. I will recommend your gym to all my associates. Thanks again for your help. Ann-Saltillo, MS
My experience at Premiere Lady has been a positive one. I have learned that exercise and getting in shape should be viewed not only as a means of losing weight but it should be a part of your lifestyle and it is a great way to relieve stress (and it should not be a source of it). There have been many afternoons in the last year that I have come to the gym frustrated and stressed and left feeling much better after working out. In general, I've never felt better. I've lost 63 pounds and I would still like to lose 30 more but this is the best Ive ever felt. I have more energy, and I'm happier. Getting to buy new clothes is icing on the cake for me. People of course notice that I've lost weight but people that know me best..friends and family, tell me they can tell a difference in my attitude. My eating habits have changed and I contribute my weight loss success to my consistant exercise program and proper meal planning. Amanda Jaggers-Tupelo, MS

"Women who get involved in strength training are amazed at the results, resistance exercise is important for everyone as they get older but is especially important for women as we start out smaller than men and have less muscle and more fat. We face a greater risk of developing osteoporosis and have less muscle and more fat. We face a greater risk of developing osteoporosis after menopause when we lose the natural protection of estrogen. We also on average live longer than men do. For all of these reasons, all women need some form of strength training"
